CIRCUIT APPOINTMENTS ANNOUNCED (P.A.) WELLINGTON. February 22. Changes in appointments to Methodist circuits in Canterbury and on the West Coast for 1949. made by the executive committee of the New Zealand Methodist Conference, with the previous holders of the appointment shown in parenthesis, are as follows: Sydenham, second, the Rev. D. W. Edmonds; Springston (the Rev. H. Cotton), the Rev. D. I. A. McDonald; Kaiapoi (the Rev. G. B. Hinton), the Rev. O. Burnet; Timaru South (the Rev. I. >W. Reid), the Rev. D. G. Stubbs (supply); Waimate (the Rev. O. Burnet), the Rev. W. H. Gregory; Temuka, one wanted, the Rev. H. Ford (supernumerary); Ashburton, second (the Rev. H. D. Besaijt), the Rev. C. J. Keightley; Willowby (the Rev. F. Bateup), the Rev. J. C. A. Williams; Reefton, the Rev. E. Baker; Westport, the Rev. H Green. The Rev. K. G. Fowler will be home missionary at Murchison.
