A.S.R.S. CONFERENCE (P.A.) WELLINGTON, February 21. Opposition to peace-time military conscription was declared in a resolution adopted by the biennial conference of the Amalgamated Society of Railway Servants, which is now sitting in Wellington. The resolution will be forwarded to the annual conference of the New Zealand Labour Party and the New Zealand Federation of Labour.
