DON NICETO ZAMORA DEAD

Don Niceto Alcala Zamora, father of the Spanish Republic and its first President, died at Buenos Aires during Friday night. Mr Zamora, who was 71. was President of Spain immediately before the rise to power of General Franco. He had lived since as a political exile in Argentina.
