INFORMAL VOTES
Sir, —There are far too many informal votes at elections, general and local. I think that many of the informal votes are due to the different methods of marking—crossing out, crosses opposite, and ticks. If the system adopted for the General Elections were adopted by all. I think there would be fewer informal votes. —Yours, etc. „ , D.R.O. December 14, 1948.
