HONG KONG REPORTS OF RESIGNATION (Rec. 1 a.m.) HONG KONG, Dec. 14. It was widely reported in Chinese financial circles in Hong Kong to-day that Marshal Chiang Kai-shek had resigned, and had been succeeded by the Chinese .Vice-President (General Li Tsungjen.)
