DIVORCE PETITIONS More than 50 divorce cases were heard by Mr Justice Fleming in the Supreme Court at Christchurch yesterday. The sitting lasted five hours. Nineteen decrees nisi, granted three months ago, were made absolute. Orders for the restitution of conjugal rights were made in favour of:—TimothyJoseph Kelliher (Mr H. S. J. Goodman) v.
