0 NEW PROVISION IN REGULATIONS (P.A.) WELLINGTON, October 28. An amendment to the Traffic Regulations 1936 published in the Gazette this evening provides that no person shall operate a motor-vehicle unless the steering gear and associated mechanism is in safe and efficient working condition. A further provision is that no vehicle is to be parked, attended, or unattended. within a parking zone in respect of which signs are maintained by a controlling authority indicating that parking is prohibited, limited, or restricted except in conformity with the terms of the limitation or restriction.
