POLICE TAKING SPECIAL PRECAUTIONS

(Rec. 12.5 a.m.) NEW YORK. September 24. Two rocks, a 10-foot ladder and a gladstone bag were found yesterday on the railway line over which the train of Mr Thomas E. Dewey.
