OBITUARY
MR F. J. H. CHAPMAN (P.A.) WELLINGTON, Sept. 24. Cabled advice has been received of the death in New York of Mr F. John H. Chapman, aged 62, a New Zealander who was working with the. economics section of the United Nations Organisation. Mr Chapman was educated in Palmerston North and Wellington. In 1923 he was appointed to the staff of the League of Nations in Geneva, and remained in its service until the league was merged with United Nations. ■,
