NO APPLICATION BY BOS MURPHY (P.A.) DUNEDIN. Sept. 22. Bos Murphy, the former New Zealand welter-weight boxing champion, whose licence was cancelled by the council of the New Zealand Boxing Association last year, has not applied for ’a licence since his return to New Zealand.
