NEW YORK EXCHANGE RALLIES NEW YORK. Sept. 21. Stocks rallied in light trading on the New York Stock Exchange to-day. Market experts ascribed the recovering tendencies to an over-sold condition in the stock list. The volume of business today was 920,000 shares, against 1,260,000 yesterday.
