To meet the continually increasing demand for transportation, everything possible is being done to supplement waggon fleets in both islands. Meanwhile, users of waggons are urged to accelerate loading and unloading, so that every waggon in commission may be worked to its full capacity. Only by wholehearted, unselfish teamwork in this respect can all requirements be satisfied. Load Quickly, Unload Quickly, Release Quickly
