SYDENHAM SCHOOL JUBILEE
Celebrations from November 20 to November 24 will be held to mark the seventy-fifth anniversary of the Sydenham School. A committee has been formed from former pupils, and a programme has been drawn up. It is expected that former pupils from many parts of New Zealand will attend the jubilee. The celebrations will open on Saturday. November 20, with the ringing of the school bell, and a parade of former pupils. A church parade will be held on the Sunday, a high tea on Monday, a sports day for the present pupils on Tuesday, and the celebrations will conclude with a ball on the Wednesday evening.
