CHRISTCHURCH MAN’S APPEAL
CONVICTION UPHELD (P.A.) WELLINGTON, July 15. To-day. the Court of Appeal delivered judgment in the appeal heard on June 24, when William Thomas Parry, of Christchurch, appealed against his conviction on a charge of breaking, entering, and theft. The Appeal Court held that, though the evidence against Parry was circumstantial, there was sufficient evidence to warrant a conviction. The Court dismissed the appeal. ~
