RELEASE OF DR. CURIE

FREEDOM FOR 15 DAYS

WASHINGTON, March 19. The United States Attorney-General (Mr Tom Clark) has authorised the release of Dr. Irene Joliot Curie, th e famous French scientist who had peen detained on Ellis Islapd since her arrival from Paris yesterday. M r Clark ordered her release pending- further consideration of her case.
