Indian Socialist Party.— The Indian Socialist Party has decided to secede from the Congress Party. The Socialists maintain that the Congress Party is placating the capitalists and the Indian princes. The Socialists form about 30 per cent, of the membership of the Congress Party.—Bombay, March 18.
