BOW FENDER FOR NEW TUG.—This coir bow fender, weighing two tons, is for the Union Steam Ship Company’s new tug, Taioma, at Wellington. It was made in Lyttelton by three members of the staff of the Harbour Board. The outside lacing contains a mile of 2¾in rope.
