CZECH DELEGATE TO U.N.

NEW YORK, March 15. The Czechoslovak Government today appointed Mr Vladimir Houdek as its new delegate to the United Nations in succession to. Mr Jan Papanek, who was dismissed last week after filing charges of Russian complicity in the Communist coup, in Prague. Mr Papanek said to-day that he did not intend surrendering his office to Mr Houdek.
