DANGER EMPHASISED BY MR CHURCHILL ’ (Rec. 8 p.m.) LONDON, March 6. “We are moving into a terrible situation at home ana abroad,” said Mr Winston Churchill, in a letter to Mr Fred Harris, the Conservative Party s candidate in the North Croydon byelection. “The march of events in the near future will inexorably dominate all our party politics at home. Not only bankruptcy and privation approach us in this island, but the menace of a third world war rolls towards Us with every act of Russian imperialist agSession and Communist violence and trigue.”
