MOROTAI WINS JAMES MEMORIAL HANDICAP (P.A.) MASTERTON, March 7. The Masterton Racing Club’s meeting was held yesterday at Opaki, in perfect ■ weather. The track was in good order following watering over the last fortnight. There was a large attendance.
