TRADERS’ FINANCE CORPORATION INCREASE IN CAPITAL NOT PERMITTED “The Press” Special Service AUCKAND, December 11. , Consent to an increase in the capital of the Traders’ Finance Corporation, *Ltd., by the issue of 70,000 additional shares ot 17s 6d each, has been refused by the Minister of Finance. The company had proposed to increase its authorised capital of £122,500 to £183,750 by the creation of 70,000 shares, ranking pari passu with existing shares. To meet the greater demand for finance it is now intended by the company to increase capital by £lO,OOO, which .’s the maximum amount allowable without Ministerial consent, and a meeting of shareholders will be held on December 19 to discuss th£ matter.
