TRADERS’ FINANCE CORPORATION INCREASE IN CAPITAL NOT PERMITTED “The Press” Special Service AUCKAND, December 11. , Consent to an increase in the capital of the Traders’ Finance Corporation, *Ltd., by the issue of 70,000 additional shares ot 17s 6d each, has been refused by the Minister of Finance. The company had proposed to increase its authorised capital of £122,500 to £183,750 by the creation of 70,000 shares, ranking pari passu with existing shares.
