SUPREME COURT
DIVORCE PETITIONS Decrees nisi, to be moved absolute in three months, were granted on the grounds of separation in the following divorce petitions in the Supreme Court yesterday by Mr Justice Fleming:— Leonard Ernest Clemens (Mr R. A. Young) v. Annie May Clemens; Rose Alma Roberts (Mr A. H. Cavell) v. Harold Mafeking Roberts; Joan Margaret Knight (Mr H. P. Smith) v. Harvey Tuarangi Knight. An order for the. restitution of conjugal rights within 14 days was granted Charles Albert David Roberts (Mr A. B. Hobbs) against Doris Irene Roberts (Mr R. A. Young), in a defended action.
