BUTTER FOR BRITAIN
SAVING OF CHRISTMAS RATION SUGGESTED “Could we not ask our congregations to forgo their extra Christmas butter rations to help the people in Britain? I see that another presbyterv has set a scheme in motion along those lines,” said the Rev. S. C. Francis, at a meeting of the Christchurch Presbytery yesterday. It was decided to leave the matter in the hands of the Public Questions Committee, with favourable consideration and the power to act.
