DIVORCE PETITIONS Decrees, nisi to be moved absolute in three months were granted in the following divorce petitions in the Supreme Court yesterday by Mr Justice Fleming:— Flora Jessie Gillies (Mr K. J. McMenamin) v. Donald Roderick Gillies (Mr A. W. Brown), separation; Owen James Daniel King (Mr D. I. McLean) v. Gweneth Lois King, failure to comply with an order for the restitution of conjugal rights; Noeline McCarthy (Mr C. V. Lester) v. James Henry McCarthy, desertion; Elizabeth May Darling (Mr D. J. Hewitt) v. Thomas Charles Darling, separation; Ethel May Manson (Mr Lester) v. Vivian Bernard Hector Manson, separation. John Arthur Davies (Mr R. W. Edgeley) was granted an order for the restitution of conjugal rights within 14 days against Amy Edith Elizabeth Davies.
