DATE FOR INQUEST NOT YET DECIDED
No indication has yet been given of when the inquest into the deaths of persons who lost their lives in Ballantyne’s fire will be held. The police reported yesterday that the date had not been fixed. Most of the staff of the firm have taken temporary jobs in the city with other firms on the understanding that they will be available to Ballantyne’s whep their services are required.
