CASHMERE CLUB WINS CHAMPIONSHIP With the defeat of Sydenham by New Brighton in the seventeenth series of matches in the Christchurch Miniature Rihe Association's competitions, the Cashmere Miniature Rifle Club is assured of championship honours for 1947. There is only one more match to fire. The two leaders in. the individual aggregate. H. Barker (Sydenham) and R. E. Taylor (Cashmere), still remain level, both dropping one point.
