Nothing will be deducted, the Government will not collect the amusement tax and overhead and wages will be paid by the theatre companies. The film, which will run for two hours and three-quarters, covers in detail most of the events at the 1936 Olympic Games in Berlin. Most events will be shown in their entirety, and included will be the complete course of the 1500 metres, which was won by J. E. Lovelock, of New Zealand. Other famous Olympic runners such as Jesse Owens. United States, and Frank Wycoff, have their outstanding performances recorded. Interspersed with the events is the item of the three days’ horse racing event, which includes much comedy. The background music was written by one of the greatest German composers.
