Desertion.—Lillian Smith (Mr G. G. Lock wood) v. James Matthew Smith. Mr R. A. Young asked the leave of the Court not to proceed on the petition of Robert Joseph Mullally for a divorce from Doris Divena Mullally. This was granted and the respondent, who was represented by Mr D, W. Russell, proceeded on her answer to the petition. She was granted a decree nisi to be moved absolute after three months.
