PORTABLE RACE BARRIER STALLS.—New portable barrier stalls were tried out for the first time at Rosebery racecourse, Sydney, recently. These photographs show the stalls being towed into position, and horses ready to start. Officials, owners, and trainers were impressed by the stalls after the official starter had started two heats from the six and a half furlong barrier.
