Motor-cyclists’ L Plates.—“lt seems to be a practice of these learners to take their L plates off so that they can carry pillion passengers,” said TrafficInspector G. P. Kellar in the Magistrate’s Court yesterday when conducting a case against a young man who was charged with this offence. Traffic inspectors were finding cases of this sort quite frequently, he said.
