DISSOLUTION SOUGHT

RECOMMENDATION MADE TO GOVERNMENT

(Rec. 7 p.m.) BUCHAREST, July 27. An official communique issued by the political committee of the parties which form the Government bloc in Rumania recommends the dissolution of the National Peasant Party. _ The party is charged with: (1) illegal underground activity; (2) plotting with foreign elements to change Rumania’s foreign policy of friendship “with the free democratic peoples led by the Soviet Union”; and (3) trying to overthrow the legally established form of government of democratic Rumania.
