Sir,—So Mr McDonald is satisfied with the agreement he signed. Will he state which clause in his agreement mentions a sub-letting fee? His statement that sub-letting fees were always charged is only half true and applied only to short-term letting up to 30-day periods. Permanent tenancy has always been charged extra on the annual rental for land and no other fee charged. Maybe I am dense, but I fail to see anything reasonable in being charged twice for the same thing;—Yours, etc., RESIDENT. July 25, 1947.
