COURT ORDER AGAINST INTERFERENCE (Rec. 7 p.m.) NEW YORK,. May 6. Mr justice Bookstein, of the New York State Supreme Court, granted an injunction to the Carver Cultural Society against the Albany Board. Of Education restraining the board from interfering with a scheduled concert recital by Paul Robeson. . The board had issued a permit for the performance but later cancelled it on the ground that Robeson had Communist leanings.
