EMPIRE RECIPROCITY CONFERENCE
(P.A.) WELLINGTON, May 7. •Proposals for Empire-wide reciprocal measures in the field of social security and national insurance will be discussed at a conference in England towards the middle of this month. Delegates from the United Kingdom. Australia, Canada, South Africa, and other parts of the Empire, including New Zealand, will be represented. The New Zealand delegation will consist of Mr B. F. Waters, chairman of the Social Security Commission, and Mr D. Paul, private secretary to the Minister of Social Security (Mr W. E. Parry).
