REFUSAL TO ISSUE VISA
US. CONSUL’S ACTION UPHELD WASHINGTON, May 5. The United States State Department has upheld the action of the United States Consul-General in Jerusalem In refusing a visa permitting entry into the United States of Rasim el Khalidi, a key member of the Arab delegation to the United Nations. A spokesman said the visa was refused because of Khalidi’s known record in Germany during the war.
