Remanded for Sentence.—Frederick Joseph Huddleston, an accountant, aged 40, who had been found guilty by a jury earlier in the Wellington Supreme Court of a charge of obtaining money by false pretences, pleaded guilty in* Court yesterday to seven further charges of false pretences and one charge of attempted false pretences. Accused was remanded by Mr Justice Cornish to appear later for sentence.—(P.A.)
