JURY UNABLE TO AGREE
(P.A.) WELLINGTON, May 6. A jury in tne Supreme Court to-day, after a retirement of more than four hours, was unable to agree in the case in which Thomas Charles Dawson, a labourer, aged 21, was charged with breaking and entering the residence of Lionel Davis in Cavendish square, Wellington, in the early hours of February 12, with intent to commit theft Accused was also charged with stealing £22 from Davis A new trial will probably be held next week.
