CARGO TRANSPORT TO SINGAPORE EVASION OF DUTCH BLOCKADE „ BATAVIA, March 14. To overcome the Dutch naval blockade. Indonesian Republicans have begun their own air service between the national capital Jogjakarta and Singapore. Two Dakotas have been chartered from Kali Airways, Manila, with American pilots, to operate the route. The charterers are the Indonesian Banking and Trading Corporation, the A/S? mpany that provided a 10.000.000-dollar cargo for the American freighter Martin Behrman, infercented recently by the Dutch Navy and taken to Batavia where it is being unloaded in spite of protests from the owners and the United States State Department. . Indonesian Dakotas are taking fuU loads of quinine, vanilla, and other valuable spices to Singapore where the Republic is amassing big sterling credits. Sixty per cent, of the corporations stocks is owned by the Republican Government.
