GERMAN SENTENCED TO DEATH
BOMB ATTACKS IN STUTTGART
(Rec. 7 p.m.) STUTTGART, Jan. 21. A United States military court sentenced the former S.S. sergeant, Siegfried Kabus, to death for a bomb attack against the Stuttgart police headquarters and the denazification court.
Four of Kabus’s 10 co-defendants were sentenced to 30 years’ hard labour, two to 10 years, and the rest to terms of 15 years, 14 years, two years and a half, and one year, respectively. Most of the • co-defendants were young former members of the S.S. and Hitler Youth.
