(P.A.) WELDINGTON. Jan. 22. The Dominion championship croquet meeting was continued at Lower Hutt today in fine weather. A surprise of the day was the beating in the championship doubles of A. Ross and Mrs Bryan by Mesdames Griffin and McKerrow, and of Lieutenant-Colonel Beamish and Miss Wainwright by Mrs Cook and Miss Lydford. Results:—
