WORLD GOVERNMENT

The evolution of human government through the family, the clan, the tribe, the city, the State, and the federation was traced by Mr Clyde Carr, M.P., in an address to the Timaru Labour Representation Committee on Saturday evening on the subject of world government, as advocated in certain countries to-day. The United Nations, like the League of Nations, had no statutory power to enforce its will in international affairs. said Mr Carr.
