PARAGUAYAN CABINET SWORN IN
RELEASE OF DETAINED POLITICIANS (Rec. 9 p.m.) ASUNCION (Paraguay), Jan. 14 President Higinio Morinigo’s new Paraguayan Cabinet, consisting of members of the Soldiers’ Party and the Colorado Party, has been sworn in. The new Minister of the Interior (Mr Victor Morinigo) said that the leader of the Febrerista Party. General Rafael Franco, would probably be released later to-day, and that a former Fqreign Minister (Mr Miguel Angel Solor) had already been freed. Both were detained on January 13. The Minister added that all political parties would be able to carry on normt! activities within the limitations of the 30 days’ state of seige proclaimed, on January 13.
