CANTERBURY AGRICULTURAL COLLEGE BOARD
The following sub-committees were appointed for the ensuing year at a meeting of the Canterbury Agricultural College Board of Governors yesterday:—finance: Messrs C. T. Aschman, W. C. Colee, J. R. D. Johns, and W. O. Rennie; farm: Messrs Colee, Johns, R. J. Low, Rennie, J. E. Strachan. P. W. Smallfield, and E. Reid; policy and publicity: Messrs Aschman, Colee. I. L. M. Coop, Rennie, Strachan, and C. L. Carr, M.P.; buildings: Messrs Aschman. Colee, Rennie, Strachan, and Smallfield: appointments: Messrs Aschman, Colee, Rennie, and Strachan. The chairman of the board (Mr H. S. S. Kyle) will be a member of each committee ex officio. The board decided to ask the Christchurch City Council to appoint a councillor as a co-operative member of the board.
An election to fill two vacancies on the board caused by resignations will be held on February 17.
