BAKERS’ INTENTIONS
ENDEAVOUR TO WORK SCHEME ADVISED (Rec. 11.30 p.m.) LONDON. July 19. , The dutfrman of the London Master Bakers’ Federation has advised London bakers to endeavour to work the rationing scheme. The “Daily , Telegraph’’ says: “The master bakers will meet again on Tuesday and finally decidfe their course Of action on the orierfetion of bread rationing. There are already indications that they may follow Mr Churchill’s advice. The secretary of the National Association of Master Bakers said that no instructions had yet gone out to local associations, but they wqiild no doubt iiote Mr Churchill's appeal to them, as citizens, not to flout the law.”
