DIVORCE PETITIONS
DECREES NISI GRANTED Petitions for divorce were dealt with by Mr Justice Fair in the Supreme Court yesterday afternoon. Decrees nisi, with leave to be made absolute after three months, were granted in the following petitions on the grounds stated:—
Adultery: Robert Milne Wakefield (Mr K. A. Gough) v. Agnes Kathleen Wakefield, Sydney Graham, grocer, being cited as co-respondent; Sadie McGrath (Mr A. H. Cavell) v. Athol Larry McGrath (Mr R. Twyneham). Failure to comply with orders for restitution of conjugal rights: Leo Herbert Watson (Mr E. B. E. Taylor) v. Ivy Nellie Watson; Harry Edwin West (Mr Taylor) v. Hazel Ruby West; Elsie Myrtle Shepherd (Mr W. F. Tracy) v. John Alexander Shepherd (Mr Twyneham). Separation: Allan James Moss, otherwise known as Allan James Barber (Mr Cavell) v. Ruby Lillian Moss, otherwise known as Ruby Lillian Barber (Mr Tracy). An order for restitution of conjugal rights within 14 days was made in the case of Frederick Steven Dobby (Mr Twyneham) v. Beatrice May Dobby.
