MR HOLLAND AT HUNTLY
, Sy,—Yesterday's report ot Mr Holland s meeting with the miners at Huntly is a reminder of the days of the late Mr Massey. When the militant elements of the .Labour Party attacked him most he was at his best. If organised militant Labour ignored Mr Holland the opponents of the Government have something to worry about. It is. good to see in the leader of the National Party vigour, ability, and the courage to face every section of the community and explain his proposals for the formation of a good, honest government with a good, clean administration. The miners at Huntly know why Mr Holland- left the War Cabinet. The Huntly miners provided the incident. Mr Holland stood by a sound principle. They howled when they saw him. Good luck to him. May he have 46 in 46.—Yours, etc., G. March 1, 1946.
