RUBBER DESTROYED IN INDO-CHINA
DUMP ATTACKED BY ANNAMESE
(Rec. 7 p.m.) SAIGON, January 6. British officials report that Annamese attacked a rubber dump north-east of Saigon, which was guarded by 26 Japanese under British control. They set on fire and destroyed between 5000 and 6000 tons of rubber.
