Ban on Flying May be Lifted
The ban on private flying in force •during the war may be lifted before Christmas, according to information received by the Canterbury Aero Club's secretary (Mr P. R. Climie). Questioned yesterday, he said that information on the Government's policy towards aero clubs was still awaited, but that in any case the clubs could not operate while the ban on flying remained in force. However, he had heard from a private and reliable source that the ban might be lifted before Christmas. i
