DOMINION BRASS BANDS' CHAMPIONSHIP
CONTEST TO BE HELD NEXT MARCH
Mr E. C. Kerry, of Sydney, has been appointed chief musical judge for the Dominion Brass Bands' championship which will be held at the Lancaster Park oval next March Mr T. Goodallof Wellington, will be his assistant. Mr J. J. Drew, of Wellington, has been appointed supervisor, and Mr R. G. Brown, of Christchurch. assistantsupervisor.
Arrangements for the holding ol the hymn test and a quick-step contest were completed at a recent meeting of the Victory Band Contest Committee. It was decided to run an art union to raise funds.
