ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES
Sir,—l read in your paper recently of a child being killed by coming in contact with an electric sewing machine. Why do the authorities allow two-way flex to be made and used if it is not safe? There are too many accidents and everything possible to save life should be done. Surely God will hold them responsible who permit such things.—Yours, etc., , B. READ. May 17, 1945.
